The first step in the design process is for us to ask questions and listen to what you have to say to get a full sense of your company's needs. Based on the information we gather, we will provide you with the following individualized documents: Statement of work: describing the details of the work we are going to perform, a description of the processes, and a vision of the final product. Estimate: a budget with the approximate number of hours needed to complete the project, approximate printing costs, site hosting, image or photo production, etc. Schedule: a timeline of relevant tasks that you, your staff, our designer, programmer or project manager will preform in order to complete your project. These documents will be adjusted until both parties agree upon the terms, and then will be signed as part of the contract.
