You have a unique opportunity to influence how the Internal Revenue Service
provides service to the public. The Citizen's Advocacy Panels or CAPs are
groups of taxpayer volunteers dedicated to helping the IRS identify ways to
improve public service. We want your comments and suggestions on improving
public service at the Internal Revenue Service.
Representing taxpayers across an area spanning 3 time zones, from the
shores of Hawaii and glaciers of Alaska, to the forests of Oregon and
Washington, the Pacific-Northwest Citizen Advocacy Panel is unique. But it's the diversity of professions within the panel that sets
this office in a class of its own.
