groups of taxpayer volunteers dedicated to helping the IRS identify ways to
improve public service. We want your comments and suggestions on improving
public service at the Internal Revenue Service.
The Midwest District representing Iowa, Nebraska, and Wisconsin stretches
from Lake Michigan, across the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers and running
