You have a unique opportunity to influence how the Internal Revenue Service provides service to the public. The Citizen's Advocacy Panels or CAPs are groups of taxpayer volunteers dedicated to helping the IRS identify ways to improve public service. We want your comments and suggestions on improving public service at the Internal Revenue Service.

The Brooklyn CAP is dedicated to helping the Internal Revenue Service identify ways to improve customer service. The Panel is comprised of 12 members, 11 citizens from the counties of Kings, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk, and the Taxpayer Advocate of the Brooklyn District.
